Hi, I'm Laura, I'm a mother of 5 children. My story and my daily life have made me deeply aware of the issues surrounding the place of women in society and in the world of work. As a woman and a mother, I experience up close the challenges we face: reconciling family life and professional ambitions, dealing with prejudices, and fighting against discrimination, sometimes subtle but very real.

This experience gives me a strong conviction: it is essential to build a more inclusive world of work, where each person, regardless of their gender or family role, can flourish fully. I am convinced that the skills and talents of women, especially those who are mothers, are valuable assets for our society and that they must be recognized and valued. I want to contribute to this change, for my children and for future generations, so that everyone can find their place without compromising their personal responsibilities and their professional aspirations.
